I received exceptional customer service in the bike department recently. I brought my bike in to have a kickstand put on, new seat cover, have it looked at, etc. I wanted to write this review to say that Jonas and Michael in the bike department are outstanding. They were so helpful, knowledgeable and personable. They got me everything I needed for my bike. The cost for everything was very reasonable as well. 10000% recommend!

Really good team here at this location, I was greatly accommodated, and the guys helped me place a heavy item in my trunk in the pouring rain. I feel like they went out of the way for me and I appreciate it

This is for the customer representative Gav. He is the best, he helped us a lot. Very patient. Please give him a hike. He has a very good knowledge in Soccer. The best employee. Was too happy with his service that I posted this while I was in the store.

The equipment guys are superb. One guy (Matt) went out of his way to help me find everything I needed and gave me recs on many items. Super job! The cashier was less helpful. As a first time shopper, I received a first-time shopper coupon. Unfortunately, when they made a mistake on one of the items they gave me and needed to swap it out, they said I lost the promo coupon -- even though I didn't make the mistake. Overall, the equipment staff more than outweighed the overcharge. I will definitely go back!!

Found the sneakers I was looking for but I wanted a different color. The young man who helped me said the pair I wanted was in stock but they had difficulty locating them. I settled for a different color. The next morning I called and asked if I could exchange the pair I bought for the color I wanted. It turns out that the young man who helped me the night before spent extra time trying to locate the sneakers in the original color that I wanted and brought them to the front in case I called looking for them. Not only did he put in the extra effort and energy to get me what I wanted but he discounted them as well, because" I was inconvenienced." I was absolutely not inconvenienced and I really appreciate the amount of effort and energy this young man put into making sure I got the product I wanted. All the employees at DICKs in Dedham go out of there way to take care of there customers. This was one great example of why I buy all my sporting goods here. Thanks guys, keep up the great work! Lars
